Patrick has planned and facilitated numerous leadership conferences and retreats throughout the United States. Ranging from 1/2 day to 4-day retreats, Patrick’s thematically rooted conferences, engage the attendees in active reflection and team building through a variety of activities and presentations. Attendees leave the conferences feeling rejuvenated and prepared with new and strengthened friendships and an abundance of innovative ideas.
